Dish announced that it has plans to start selling Google TV packages for the Revue set top box allowing access to internet content

Dish announced that it has plans to start selling Google TV packages for the Revue set top box allowing access to internet content

The Revue set top box (with the help of the Dish receiver) will give customers access to the regular Dish Network and video-on-demand content while still retaining the DVR functionality.

The ViP-Series receivers, the 622, 722, and 722k, will be required to take full advantage of the new service.
