In an ongoing legal battle with MPAA, the popular Bit Torrent site IsoHunt has been ordered to remove all copyright infringing torrents which could inevitably force the site to shut down.

Gary Fung, owner of IsoHunt, disagrees with the ruling by saying it goes against the "Freedom of Speech" & "Fair Use" act.  

He also said it would filter out many torrent files that are not in violation of copyright infringement and/or having consent from the copyright holders.
