This summer Boxee will roll out a payment platform where users will be able to buy shows, movies, and channels with just "one click" from the remote control.

The content owners will have full control over the package types, whether it be pay-per-view or monthly subscriptions, and even prices of the packages.

Boxee also said that the content owners cut will receive a small cut of the proceeds, which should keep prices down for the consumer.
