Video Thumbnails Maker

Video Thumbnails Maker allows you to make thumbnails (caps, previews) of video files. The utility can be used for home-video cataloging and for network video sharing support.

• •  new: The "One Level Up" checkbox in the Environment window and Quick Settings panel.
  • VTM places the output files in the parent folder, not beside the video files. The default value is OFF.
  •  new: The "One Level Up Folder" section in the Environment window and Quick Settings panel.
  • You can define a Custom folder to store files for the "One Level Up" feature. The default value is OFF.
  •  new: The "Mb/s" checkbox in "Options" -> "Technical details". VTM stamps the bitrate in Mb/s when ON and in kb/s when OFF. The default value is ON.
  • Please compare the difference in output below:
  •  new: The "Swap Tile Width and Height for Vertical Videos" checkbox in "Options" -> "Non-16:9 Adjustments" window. When Tile Width is set to 400, you'll get 224x400 instead of 400x224 for Vertical Videos. The default value is ON.
  •  changed: The "Adaptive SM" option has been renamed to "Adjust Simple Matrix to fit your Screen's Aspect Ratio" and moved to the new "Non-16:9 Adjustments" section of the "Options" window.

  •  special note: If you use Pictures Thumbnails Maker (PTM), you may want to install its latest version as well, because PTM uses its own instance of the Viewer. Windows launches the Viewer from the location where the latest PTM or VTM launch occurred.
