PopCorn MKV ReMuxer allows you to remove tracks from MKV files and remux them. Batch processing is supported, allowing you to remux multiple MKV files at the same time.

PopCorn MKV ReMuxer also allows you to turn header compression off for all tracks (by simply remuxing while keeping all existing tracks), except S_VOBSUB and S_HDMV/PGS tracks, for which compression is enabled.
