SurCode Dolbu V-Plug: The fast and easy way to encode stereo audio into Dolby Digital. SurCode for Dolby V-Plug converts your stereo soundfiles to Dolby Digital encoded files in the .ac3 or .wav format from within Adobe Premiere as a plug-in.
