Silverlight 4.0 Coming Soon

Microsoft has quietly announced their plans to release the final version of Silverlight 4.0 as early as next week

Rumor has it that Microsoft will launch Silverlight 4 on April 13, bringing the world of Web and desktop applications closer together.

Microsoft is now offering the Windows Phone 7 development toolkit as a free download, which will include Silverlight, Expression Blend for Windows Phone.
