A multi-million dollar deal went down between Samsung & Blockbuster that allows certain Samsung TVs, Blu-ray players and home theater systems to stream Blockbuster movies and TV shows.

“Our strategic alliance with Blockbuster means that we will provide consumers another significant avenue to access rich content and a great viewing experience,”

If you bought a Samsung TV, or Samsung Blu-ray player, and/or Samsung home theater system in 2009, chances are your just a "firmware upgrade" away from enjoying the On-Demand streaming service (You can also download the Blockbuster On-Demand widget).
