Roku/XBOX 360 Not Getting Along with Netflix

Many users of the Roku and XBOX 360 have been frustrated with the quality or lack there of they have been receiving.  Despite having plenty of bandwidth, users weren't even able to get full quality videos.

Although Netflix never admitted it was a problem on their end, they went on the record saying "all necessary changes and fixes have been made".  At least they took care of it heh?
