The Thursday night game between the Raiders in Chargers was broadcast in 3D at select theaters

Most found the 3D broadcast just a little better than the standard quality. While the game itself wasn't spectacular, the 3D effect did make it hard to take your eyes off the screen.

The effect was sometimes hard to notice but, when you did, you were amazed at how much more you could see in three dimensions than in two.  On a downside though, you still needed polarized glasses.
