Nintendo and Microsoft aren't the only ones mimicking the Wiimote, there are reports of Apple tinkering with a 3D remote of their own.
It would work very similar to the Wiimote to replicate a persons movement of the controller. The controller would also sport some "multi-touch features" seen on other Apple products.
Take this as a rumor, nothing more nothing less...
