Following moves by BestBuy & Wal-Mart, Amazon is also throwing customers who bought a HD-DVD player from them before February 23 a $50 store credit.

The offer is good through April 9th of 2009, so you have a full year to use the credit. On top of that, Amazon is letting you keep the HD-DVD player while still being able to use the store credit.
