Two-thirds of the rumor have come true so far and a new rumor makes perfect sense. Sony will introduce a new PS2 in 2008 for only $99.
The new model is said to have a built-in power supply to help cut manufacturing costs, and is being called a more "compact" model.
Considering the slimline PS2 is already no taller than a piece of bread, it's hard to imagine how much more compact it could be.
