Wal-Mart Slashes HDTV Prices

Bentonville, Ark.-based Wal-Mart announced that beginning this month through Dec. 31, it would sell the Panasonic 42” HD plasma TV for $1,294 (from $1,794), the Polaroid 37” LCD HDTV for $997 (from $1,297) and the RCA 32” LCD HDTV for $847 from $997.
