MP4 Splitter is one of the filters needs to read .MP4 files.
Installation instructions:
Extract the content of the ZIP/7Z archive to a location on your hard-drive (eg. c:\windows\system32)
Locate the ".ax" file (eg. c:\windows\system32\MP4Splitter.ax)
From your "Start" menu, select "Run" and type the following into the text box:
regsvr32 "c:\windows\system32\MP4Splitter.ax"
(replace "c:\windows\system32\MP4Splitter.ax" with the real location of your .ax file)
Click on "OK" to run and you should get a pop up dialog informing you that the filter has been registered (press "OK" to close this dialog box as well)
