NBC & Time Warner Keep Flash

Despite the iPads overwhelming popularity among consumers, NBC and Time Warner refuse to duplicate their large content libraries into another streaming platform

Although CBS and others are catering to the iPad by supplying both Flash and HTML5 versions of their content, NBC and Time Warner have both told Apple its not worth the extra time and effort to do so.

They firmly believe Flash content is currently dominating the Web and will continue to do so for some time.  The keyword there was "currently", as I think eventually they will change their mind.
