Google Acquires 3D Desktop Software

Its being reported that Google has acquired Bump Technologies whose main focus was on converting two dimensional images into Minority Report like

Its being reported that Google has acquired Bump Technologies whose main focus was on converting standard two dimensional images into Minority Report like navigation.

Just like the movie, users would literally be able to toss files and folders around, stack folders in a pile, and even hang them on a virtual wall.

There hasn't been any information released on the actual terms of the acquisition but, Bump Technologies is allowing the software to be downloaded for one more week before it is pulled from the servers.
