The Wii Vitality sensor should be coming soon allowing the device to monitor your pulse through your fingertip with a pulse oximeter peripheral.
Nintendo hasn't released any information except for pictures but, one could only think of the many possibilities for such a device.
However, the only thing I've heard as far as games are concerned is that a company out of Europe is working on a game called "WiiRelax".
The game would center around meditation and using the pulse rate as a meter to help monitor and influence levels of calm.
