The rumored deal between GE and Comcast over NBC Universal is all but complete, according to CNBC. All that needs to be done now is process the paperwork.

Comcast's interest in NBC Universal lies in its cable channels such as Bravo and CNBC, but the company also includes the NBC,Telemundo broadcast networks, and the Universal Pictures studio.
