While Google is still going to offer free videos, with advertising, they are also planning a subscription service as well.

"With respect to how it'll get monetized, our first priority is on the advertising side. We do expect over time to see micropayments and other forms of subscription models coming as well."

For the first time ever, Google actually saw revenue drop since they went public, down a whole 3% to $5.51 billion.
