Mitsubishi has temporarily suspended production of LASERVUE televisions due to a problem with the manufacturing equipment.  They expect production to resume sometime in the spring of 2009.

The $7,000 TV will provide two times more of most HDTVs, use less power, and is only 10" thick.  Other features include:

  • 1080p image
  • Smooth 120Hz technology, x.v. Color
  • 3D-ready viewing capabilities
  • 10-inches thin
