Rumor has it that the successor to the Nintendo DS, nicknamed DSi, should arrive in the US on April 4th retailing for around $180.  The DSi has already been released in Japan and was a hit there.

The DSi handheld looks like an ordinary DS but comes with two built-in 0.3 mega pixel cameras, an SD Card slot that can enable AAC audio playback, 256MB internal memory, as well as allowing access to downloadable games through the DSi Shop.
