Michael Logan was originally caught on the theaters surveillance system setting up his camcorder to record "Enchanted".  Immediately after observing him, the theater called local enforcement and Logan was arrested on the spot.

After careful examination of Logan's equipment and his patterns analyzed, it was determined Logan is responsible for %8 of all pirated versions of those movies and %7 of pirated DVDs around the world.

Logan did admit selling these illegal copies and made quite a decent money doing so.
