Sharp will begin selling the worlds first LCD TV with a built-in Blu-ray recorder. It will be available first in 2009 in Europe, then come to the US.
The Aquos DX-Series will be available in a 26" model all the way to the 52" model. It will have dual digital tuners, so that you may watch one channel and record a different at the same time.
