Microsoft has signed a deal with Warner to sell music videos through its XBOX 360 Live service

Microsoft will sell music videos for Warner for $1.99, which is what they currently sell for for Sony BMG.

The deal is trying to make up for poor CD sales. well that and everything now is going digital anyway.

Universal and EMI are both tinkering around with the idea as well.
