The streaming service, which is coming to you through a software update, won't cost you a dime. Yes, its totally free. You do need a XBOX 360 Live gold membership though. The update should come around November.
Microsoft didn't stop there, they also gave the dashboard a total makeover. The new dashboard will be much more streamlined and alot more simple.
