Select BestBuy stores are now accepting up to two items per day, per household, including televisions and other electronic devices
Select BestBuy stores are now accepting up to two items per day, per household, including televisions, monitors up to 32-inches, computers, cameras and other devices not including microwaves, air conditioners or appliances.

There is no word yet on any future plans to adopt this program nationwide. BestBuy's comment reads:

"we are going to evaluate the success of the test and determine options for scaling it across the U.S."
