HDTV on the Rise

Whether your using HD for gaming or sports, its becoming quite popular among consumers and the falling price of HD TV's doesn't hurt either
Over 5 million high definition TV's are in todays households but, owning an HDTV and actually viewing HD content is not the same.

For TV viewing, you need a high definition signal either via cable or satellite. For gaming , all you need is a HDTV and a HDMI cable. About 20% of HDTV's are used solely for gaming needs. About 70% have ordered high definition programming through their cable or satellite providers.
