What Are They Thinking

The struggling video rental chain Blockbuster made surprisingly bid of $1.3 billion to buy Circuit City. The odd part is, the bid was made nearly two months ago.

Circuit City is not even making the attempt to acknowledge the bid or even accept/deny the bid. Blockbuster is pulling a Microsoft move and making the bid public for all to know to perhaps entice the shareholders and make them aware.
