HD-DVD may have lost the HD war but, the early adopters and late deal catchers are still receiving support from Microsoft
Even though Microsoft has stopped all production of its HD DVD add-on accessories for the Xbox 360, it would appear the design team was not quite done with supporting the add on device.
Microsoft said on Tuesday a software update would be coming for all Xbox 360 HD DVD users. The update contains compatibility improvements with certain titles like Transformers. If you have had playback problems with certain discs, you should try them again.
