Death to Bloatware

After many consumers complained about all the bloatware or trial programs that come pre-installed on new computers, Sony decided to listen to its customers and offer what they call "Fresh Start".

Initially Sony was going to charge $50 extra to remove the bloatware for you before your computer shipped but, since the uproar over the fee, Sony quickly removed the greedy fee.
