HBO will launch a service on Tuesday, called "HBO on Broadband", to let subscribers download movies and television shows over the Web.
It will roll out to customers in the Green Bay and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, area as a free add-on to HBO and HBO on Demand and then span to the rest of US customers.
