Bill and the boys said they feel so bad about the connection trouble users experienced over the holidays, they are giving away one free game. The problems stemmed from a rapid increase in new users of the XBOX Live service over the holiday season.

All Xbox Live members around the world would be able to freely download one game over the service. Microsoft will give more details of the offer in the coming weeks.
