Google has acquired an invaluable potential, and highly exploitable, link with the members of the Big Four Organized Music cartel through its just-announced acquisition of YouTube for $1.65 billion in a stock-for-stock transaction.
Or as Google puts it in a statement, "GoogleTube, will offer new opportunities for professional content owners to distribute their work to reach a vast new audience". More...
