BitTorrent Update

BitTorrent has released a new version
BitTorrent version 4.20 has just been released. This version improves the way it handles all of the "handshakes" or "traffic" thus preventing congestion on its servers and ISP's. With the new update, things should flow quickly at a constant rate instead of fluctuating.
