Software News: DGMPGDec, HDTVtoMPEG2 and VirtualDub

A new beta version of DGMPGDec has been released. The new version fixes the -AT problem in CLI and makes the the transport stream detection more robust against spoofing by video data.
A new version of HDTVtoMPEG2 is also available, full changelog on the software page.
VirtualDub 1.6.13 is marked as an experimental release and adds support for PCM audio pass-through (for PCM with more than 2 channels), limited support for correct seeking when reading AVI files with VBR audio, added /hexedit command-line switch, fine-tune channel tuning for video capture devices, and some other changes and fixes.
