Starts playing backed up DVDs on a hard drive using WinDVD or Hollywood+. Please refer to the Readme.txt file for more information on how to use it, and how it works. Tested to work under Windows 98 and 2000. You'll need to edit the c:\windows\DVDSTARTER.INI if your version of WinDVD was not installed into the default directory.
