H264LevelEditor allows you to edit the profile level of H.264/MPEG-4 AVC video encodings
H264LevelEditor is a free tool to easily allow you to modify the profile level of H.264/AVC files, either in their raw format (.h264, .264, .ts) or MKV files.
You can use this tool to make files playable on devices that normally do not support the higher encoded profile level (for example, make level 5.1 files playable on the PS3, which only supports level 4.1). Normally, simply changing the profile level will enable playback, without the need for re-encoding.

Output Files: H.264, MKV, TS
