Best Buy has announced that it will stop charging its customers restocking fees for returned items

Best Buy has announced that it will stop charging its customers restocking fees for returned items, with the exception of special orders.

The restocking fees can range all the way up to 15% of the items price and pays for the losses a company incurs when reselling a returned item.
