The VGA port, the connection that's bridged computers to their monitors almost from the birth of the PC industry, will die in 2015

The VGA port, the connection that's bridged computers to their monitors almost from the birth of the PC industry, will die in 2015.

This was inevitably going to come but, Intel and AMD put the final nail in the coffin today by saying they will officially stop supporting it in 2015.
