Congress has passed a new act that will force commercial makers to regulate the volume of their commercials to match whatever consumers

Congress has passed a new act that will force commercial makers to regulate the volume of their commercials to match whatever consumers are watching.

CALM stands for Commercial Advertising Loudness Mitigation and has been in progress for a while now getting the "OK" from everyone, except President Obama now.

Consumers have been asking for a solution to this problem for decades, and now they finally have it (that is if the President approves the Act).
