Verizon gave some FiOS subscribers access to on-demand content from TBS and TNT in its FiOS TV Online trials way back in August

Back in the fall of 2009 Verizon gave some FiOS subscribers trial access to on-demand content from TBS and TNT but now the trail has turned permanent.

Starting next month, Verizon will actually start to offer the service giving you access to shows like The Closer and Lopez Tonight in "HD video quality" within 24 hours after they air on television.

Verizon also said CBS, MTV, & Fox News should be coming soon.
