Comcast & NBC have a pending $30 million dollar merge and if approved Comcast customers will receive more ways to view content by expanding VOD methods.

"We know consumers want to get many shows on the net and on their computers and on mobile and everywhere else,"

Comcast said they will be happy to sit down with content owners and networks to hammer out a plan to bring the most diverse catalog of streaming media.
