Real Networks and Viacom will be seperating its ties with Rhapsody and spinning it off into an independent company.
Real Networks currently owns about 51 precent of the Rhapsody, while Viamcoms MTV, owns the other 49 percent. Splitting off the company will give each the 49 percent and the other two percent will go to stockholders/
