China announced a major bust of computer hackers, Black Hawk Safety Net, the country's largest distributor of tools used in malicious Internet activity.

The hackers openly recruited new members online and assisted them in creating and distributing Trojan horses and other programs to carry out web attacks.

What doesn't make sense to me is that the "raid" supposedly took place in late November of 2009 but it is only being reported now...
