VUDU has recently added Wikipedia to the interface of its on-demand video service, letting users access information on any movie or show they're considering watching.

The application will also link to various actors, actresses, movies and directors related to the particular title they're watching.

VUDU users will get the updated app at the same time regardless of what hardware they use to access the service and don't need to wait for individual firmware upgrades.
