Is it a Glitch, Bug, or DRM ?

The new DRM method was tested out on the PC version of Batman: Arkham Asylum game where if the game failed the validation test, it would not allow you to advance in the game (although game play was available up until that point in the game).

Here is an official quote from a pirate trying to get help on the "glitch":

"I've got a problem when it's time to use Batman's glide in the game. When I hold , like it's said to jump from one platform to another, Batman tries to open his wings again and again instead of gliding. So he fels down in a poisoning gas. If somebody could tel me, what should I do there."

(This guy wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed as he went to the official Edios forums and posted this question before the game was ever released to the public...)
