Panasonic will be making most of their 2009 Blu-ray Disc players compatible with Amazon’s Video On Demand service while current

Panasonic will be making most of their 2009 Blu-ray Disc players compatible with Amazon’s Video On Demand service while current owners will receive a free software update to enjoy the new VOD feature.

“Panasonic and Amazon Video On Demand have built a great customer experience that easily allows customers to shop, purchase or rent from our library,”

Amazon VOD currently carries more than 45,000 titles, including more than 1,000 in high-def. The content can now be accessed on Panasonic Blu-ray models DMP-BD60, BD70V, BD80 and the portable B15.
