Microsoft Accepts Applications to Test Dashboard Update

Microsoft has been tight lipped on when this dashboard update will be coming but said sign ups to test the new feature are now open.

Xbox Live users interested in signing up must register through the Microsoft Connect Web site and complete a short survey.

This update is suppose to yield some big features such as Games on Demand digital distribution service and the Avatar marketplace.
