If you having problems with select Disney movies and their BD audio streams, first check your cabling then make sure your audio receiver is setup to decode Dolby TrueHD and DTS Master Audio.
Another scenario might be that the Blu-ray player and receiver have different automatic settings so you may have to manually select the formats you want.
The third and final troubleshooting option (actually this step might save you some frustration and time if you try this first) is to try a non-Disney disc to see if you are getting high resolution audio from that disc.
